Having worked in a product design team which consists of professionals with diverse expertise, I have learned to connect with them through regular workshops, team-bonding events, brainstorming sessions, and knowlege-sharing seminars. I firmly believe that this is the right practice to help our members improve themselves while bringing real values to business growth.
Joining the scrum team teaches me valuable lessons in collaborating with people with different backgrounds, sharing the rationale behind my design decision, engaging in product development discussions, and maintaining effective agile workflows with product owners, product managers, and developers.
